I started the day out all wrong, which ended up in me cabbing a 20bucks ride to school. During the journey there, I was just staring out the window and asking God to calm the inner turmoil & carry me through the day with a lighter heart. The cab then swung into an expressway and I had a clear view of the morning sun.
It was breathtaking.
The time was around sevenish, so the sun was just past rising and on the verge of its climb up to its pinnacle. It was huge and belly-swollen; with the horizon around it all cast in a reddish glow. It was then I noticed the song playing in my ipod, and it was just. so. apt.
God is good. Even when circumstances are not, I know that He's in control.. and that really makes a whole lot of difference in this life of mine.
